Some of the many activities available at Port Bailey include hunting, fishing, sight seeing and hiking.
ATV’s, kayak/canoe’s are available for a nominal rental fee.
Hiking beyond the 27 acre area of the Port Bailey Cannery grounds requires an Afognak land use permit.

Plan your hunting and fishing season:
Duck season runs from mid October through mid January.
Deer season runs from August 1 through December 31.
Halibut-year round however July-September is the best
Salmon-May-September.
Bear-You have to enter the lottery.

Hunting and fishing licenses and any applicable permits and tags should be purchased prior to travel to Port Bailey.
